The age of participants must comply with the requirements of the event (in case the event has age restrictions).

Those who have already registered for the pre-sale round do not need to register again. The event staff will verify the list and privileges of those who have already registered.

It is forbidden to bring any sharp objects or tools into the event, such as knives or scissors. If found, the staff has the right to refuse admission to the event.

It is not allowed to bring any type of drinks into the event, including personal water bottles (in case the event is held at De Prime Rangnam Hotel and Meridian 2 ICONSIAM).

If you have a chronic illness, please bring your regular medication to the event. If you have any abnormal symptoms, notify the event staff as soon as possible.

Participants must accept that there will be photography and video recording during the event for publicity on the organizer's media. The rights to use these images and videos for promoting future events are reserved, with no face censoring in any published images.

Participants will be held liable for damages caused at the event, such as vomiting on the event's carpet.

Purchasing a ticket is a non-refundable transaction under any circumstances not caused by the event staff.

The staff does not allow ticket forwarding. Participants must hold an identification card with a name and surname that matches the registration.

Entry to the event is reserved for registered persons only, one person per registration. Once registered, refunds are not available for circumstances arising from the registrant.

Participants must present an identification card or identity document to attend the event.

If a participant cannot attend, the staff can send the event memorabilia to them, but the recipient must cover the delivery charge (the delivery fee is 50 baht for domestic shipping). Delivery charges may vary depending on the weight and items being shipped.
